Hello! I’m Rona,  the owner of our gorgeous salon along with my husband and partner in crime, Russell. I started my hairdressing journey back in the 1980s and became a salon owner in 2006. For me, being a hairdresser simply means I’m lucky enough to show you how gorgeous or handsome you are. I’m really looking forward to meeting you.

I’m usually the first person to greet you in our salon. I organise the bookings, the stylists and aim to make the salon days run smoothly. Some call me the ‘Hair Traffic Controller’. With the help of my business and life partner, Rona, we aim to offer you the highest level of customer care possible. Welcome to William Charles Hair.

My name is Emily. I’ve worked at William Charles since 2013 and am passionate about cutting and colouring. With 30 years’ hairdressing experience, I love making my guests feel fabulous and look amazing by enhancing their natural beauty. I'm passionate about hairdressing and can’t wait to listen to your needs and help you get the absolute best from your hair.

Hello, my name is Mehmet. I’m an assistant manager at William Charles Hair. I have worked at the salon for many years and having taken a break for a couple of years to travel the world was excited to return to the salon to a warm welcome. I am a passionate hairdresser and really look forward to meeting you.

Hello I’m Joe. I’ve been at William Charles since 2013 and love its warm, friendly atmosphere and the fact that every day is different. My focus is to make you feel confident and happy with your look by ensuring you leave with glossy, shiny hair that’s in the very best possible condition. I'm Georgiana and I've been hairdressing since 2007. My career journey is a testament to my enduring love for my profession and a passion for transformation. Above all, I’m dedicated to enhancing the self-confidence of my guests through their beautiful, admired hair. This vocation isn't just what I do – it's an intrinsic part of who I am.

Hello I’m Beau. I’m an apprentice at William Charles salon. I am here to learn and ensure that all our guests have a nice and relaxing experience whilst at our salon.

Hi I'm Philippa. Having started my hairdressing apprenticeship in July 2022, I'm here to learn and work alongside the team to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Hi I'm Belle. I’m an assistant at the William Charles salon. I’m here to help the stylists, make sure you feel comfortable and welcomed and have the best experience at our salon.

Hi I’m Olivia. I am an assistant and love to make every guest feel happy and comfortable when at the salon. I enjoy working with the Aveda products as they are all natural and gives guests a calm and relaxing experience.

Hi I’m Isabella, one of your assistants at William Charles. My goal is to help ensure all of our guests have the best experience. The Aveda products help me do this with all the amazing ingredients which help to relax both me and guests.
